Rick Screeton is a former professional MMA fighter, muay Thai practitioner, and BJJ black belt. After retiring from the ring, he transitioned into gym management and business development. Rick started as a trainer, gradually working his way up to become a manager and eventually the General Manager for well-known fitness corporations such as LA Boxing, UFC Gym, and StretchLab.

Driven by his passion for helping others find success and happiness in their facilities, Rick expanded his career into gym ownership and consulting. With his extensive experience in the  industry, he offers guidance and support to fellow business owners, sharing his expertise to help them thrive.

Ramzey Prentiss

Ramzey has been doing martial arts since he was 12yrs old. He instantly fell in love with the discipline and benefits that came along with it. He loves the connectivity and people in the Martial arts community. Ramzey has competed on an amateur level in Boxing, Muay Thai and BJJ. Professionally he has been in the fitness and martial arts space for over 20yrs. Starting as a boxing coach and instructor then moving into his own academies. 

Today Ramzey thrives on helping businesses improve processes, conducting training in things like sales, operations, and class best practices.

He is a huge fan of the martial arts world and loves combining that with great business practice to help grow martial arts academies, build stronger communities and get more people practicing.
